First Tracks provides expedited access to the most effective and rapid-acting mental health treatments for employers. We accomplish this by 1) being the single entry point for behavioral health needs for the entire population, and 2) through our proprietary specialty network offering dramatically better treatment outcomes than the status quo.

First Tracks serves as the front door for members to access all behavioral health benefits in an employer’s benefit ecosystem. Our case managers triage, assess, and route patients to the most appropriate treatment. This can mean assisting members with accessing other benefits or parts of the health plan. In the case of complex or high acuity patients, it means referring them into the First Tracks Specialty Network for expedited access to lifesaving care.
