Jericho Security is hiring full-stack engineers for our new team in Taipei.

Responsibilities

You'll be a full-stack engineer developing an industry leading AI-powered cybersecurity platform.

• We work in a range of technologies, but Ruby on Rails will be primary.
• You'll contribute to both front-end and back-end systems in an Agile working model.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer. You should have mastered at-least one technology stack and be familiar both with frontend and backend systems development. Successful candidates will have a strong working knowledge of OO principles, databases, and DevOps tools + production support.

• Although you don't need professional RoR experience, you will need to demonstrate the ability to learn it quickly.
• You'll need to be comfortable trailblazing development efforts in unfamiliar technologies and APIs in a self-directed fashion.
• You'll need to be able to perform feature development efficiently, writing clean code and delivering features with a minimal amount of bugs and issues.
• You'll need to be able to effectively communicate in engineering discussions in English.

We prefer candidates that have a strong sense of curiosity, like to dive deep into the technologies they work in, and have a mindset that knows when to work smart, and when to hustle.

To be successful in the interview process, you will need to have mastered at least one of the following languages: Ruby, Java, C#, TypeScript, Dart, Swift, ObjC, Kotlin, C++. Senior candidates will immediately recognize the important commonalities between languages in that list.
