Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Demand Generation to join our dynamic team at Adonis. In this role, you will create, execute, measure, and refine all aspects of integrated marketing campaigns designed to generate demand and build a robust pipeline. You will lead campaigns across various channels including digital, events, trade shows, video, email, advertising, webinars, partnerships, and social media, collaborating closely with sales, product, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design and implement engaging, high-conversion 360-degree marketing campaigns spanning advertising, events, trade shows, social media, engagement tools, digital platforms, content, webinars, personalized outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement: Support sales teams by packaging core campaign elements for activation, including scripts, talking points, targeted sales assets (one-pagers, trade show handouts), sales pitch decks, and video assets in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
  • Internal Campaign Champion: Act as a motivational leader, engaging daily/weekly with sales teams to excite and engage them behind campaigns. Collect feedback on what’s working and refine campaigns accordingly.
  • Insights & Strategy: Contribute to competitive positioning, messaging, targeting, and creative strategy. Drive best-in-class marketing through quantified segmentation, targeting, and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute ABM campaigns to target specific high-value accounts, driving personalized engagement and conversion.

Operations & Measurement: Contribute and orchestrate to the infrastructure, tooling, and logic that dictates our capability to understand funnel and ROI performance throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience leading a Campaign Demand Generation marketing function focused on creation, capture, and account based methodologies.
  • Creative Skills: Demonstrated ability as a creative thinker, writer, and packager of campaign content and engagement tools. Experience with innovative creative that drives conversion.
  • Design Aptitude: Strong aptitude for design and interactive (digital, visual, text) display of information for engagement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to manage and write content spanning thought leadership, sales collateral, and personalized emails.
  • SEO/SEM Expertise: Expertise in SEO/SEM tactics and the ability to craft campaigns that generate tangible results.
  • Campaigns & Digital Engagement: Proven experience developing creative campaigns and digital engagement assets that break through and convert.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in executing, administrating, and analyzing Hubspot, and other analytics tools.

The base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $190,000 yr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
