At Adonis we’re focused on adding intelligence and automation to the Revenue Cycle Management process. Revenue cycle management is the full process from when a patient makes an appointment through to when all parties are paid. This whole process is typically extremely manual, resulting in practices only collecting 83% of what they’re owed. Through our software, we unify the end-to-end RCM processes into a single, powerful view to enable practices the ability to identify opportunities for financial and operational improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement analytical data models to drive development of our data warehouse.
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams to enable self service dashboards and tooling.
• Become a subject matter expert in revenue cycle data and metrics.
• Responsible for monitoring data quality for the datasets which power our Intelligence product.
  
  

Primary Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence experience in a fast paced, high growth environment
• Proficiency with transforming and analyzing large scale data with modern cloud computing platforms (e.g. SparkSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks)
• High proficiency with SQL and experience
• Proficiency in building data models and pipelines using orchestration software (e.g. Airflow, dbt)
• Experience building reports/dashboards with business intelligence (BI) tools, such as Tableau and Looker
• Passionate about working with non-technical stakeholders to understand,anticipate, and deliver on their data needs

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 yr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
