As part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated Implementation Associate to strengthen our Customer Success team and support our global workforce. As an Implementation Associate, you’ll support the successful onboarding of new customers in the Emerging & Established segments. You’ll coordinate logistics, manage project tracking, assist internal and external stakeholders, and provide post-launch support to customers and their investors.
Key Responsibilities

Execute standardised onboarding workflows for Emerging & Established clients.

Track and update project plans.
 -  
Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams and clients.
 -  
Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation via Slack, Notion, and Salesforce.
 -  
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Digitisation, Product, Engineering) to support onboarding and adoption.

Provide post-implementation support, triaging and resolving platform issues.
 -  
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate and track issue resolution.
 -  
Collect feedback and identify improvement opportunities post-launch.
 
Must-Have Qualifications

1–2 years in a customer-facing or project coordination role, preferably in SaaS.

Experience in onboarding or implementation.
 -  
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
 -  
Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
 -  
Proficiency with work management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Front, etc.).
 -  
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders professionally.
