We are looking for a Digitization Service Analyst who will work closely with both engineering, legal, and digitization operation teams to take part in various production phases of Anduin Fund Subscription and Fund Operation products (https://fundsub.io).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Digitize PDF subscription documents into web-based forms using internal tools, including but not limited to:
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their expectations and gather required information for digitization;
    • Analyze subscription documents to determine the required form logic and optimal digitization approach;
    • Use Anduin’s platform and tools to digitize subscription documents;
    • Coordinate effectively with technology engineers to implement form logic, and with cross-functional teams to address customer requests;
    • Partly involved in logic implementation (using simple programming language) and testing to ensure quality and accuracy before delivery.
  • Align with company and team goals, and adapt to changes in technology and processes.
  • Actively contribute to discussions and initiatives to improve processes, tools, and products.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and evolving responsibilities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent English skills (MUST).
  • Strong logical thinking with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-oriented mindset with solid computer skills and openness to new technologies.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
  • Agility and willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
  • High sense of responsibility and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain work quality during high-demand periods.
  • Excellent time management and strong attention to detail.
  • STEM background is a plus.
  • 1+ year of relevant work experience is preferred
