Job Responsibilities:

Manage project scope, timeline and resource to support the rollout of new digitization solutions

Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders to align on service requirements, delivery milestones, and customer expectations

Identify, triage, and resolve operational issues, project blockers, or cross-team conflicts to keep service delivery on track and minimize disruption

Support the development and execution of scalable digitization services tailored to private equity workflows

Gather, clean, and analyze operational data to support decision-making and identify workflow optimization opportunities

Continuously evaluate internal workflows and toolings to enhance team efficiency, reduce manual effort

Document standard operating procedures and help improve cross-team processes for service delivery

Support cross-functional and strategic initiatives as assigned, contributing to broader business priorities

Explore and initiate AI technologies to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency
Job Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role in tech or professional services environment

Familiarity with AI tools and practical applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership of operational success

Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus

Strong proficiency with structured data and analysis is a plus
