Your Role

We're on the lookout for an Analytics Lead to collaborate closely with our Marketing, Product, and Growth Teams. Your primary focus will be on leveraging data to drive strategic decisions for our applications portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Analytics, you'll play a key role in accelerating insights and driving growth.

Your Specific Responsibilities Include

• Uncover insights through in-depth analytics, emphasizing ASO, ASA, and broader Product Analytics, while maintaining dynamic dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to craft and refine cutting-edge strategies for ASO, ASA, and overall Product Enhancement.
• Establish and track KPIs for ASO, ASA, and Product initiatives, consistently suggesting optimization strategies.
• Work closely with the Product team to align data findings with feature development and user experience improvements.
• Be a thought partner on new opportunities for data collection, modeling, analysis, and testing for the acquisition and growth teams.
• Communicate findings to non-technical and executive audiences, blending data-driven insights with business context and user experiences.

The Value You Bring

Your role as the Analytics Lead will be pivotal in shaping every decision at Appex, from acquisitions to growth and product improvements. Your ability to navigate complex data and analytical challenges will result in concise recommendations that drive action for the teams you partner with.

Requirements And Skills

• 4+ years of deep analytical experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with a preference for Python and excellent SQL proficiency.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) and familiarity with data transformation tools (e.g., DBT).
• ASO/ASA experience is a plus but not required.
• Proven track record in modeling outcomes within analytics, business intelligence, or data science teams.
• Self-starting, fast-moving, and collaborative problem-solving approach.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, adept at conveying insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creative problem-solving skills, able to transform disparate information into actionable solutions and recommendations through statistical analysis.
