Senior Graphic Designer

Compensation: 15,00,000 INR annual salary

Location: Pune, India (in-person role)

The Role

We're looking for a passionate Senior Graphic Designer who sees design as more than just creating slides and social posts. You'll be the visual voice of our revolutionary AI platform, serving as a design partner to our US-based sales team and working directly with our founding designer to create compelling assets that close enterprise deals.

Key Philosophy: While presentation design and marketing materials will be your core focus, we're building something bigger. The right candidate will have opportunities to shape our brand and explore product visuals as they prove their impact.

You'll report to our founding designer, who will serve as your thought partner to guide efforts and ensure all work meets Blitzy's standards while giving you creative freedom to excel.

What You'll Own

Sales Enablement (Primary Focus)

• High-impact sales decks and presentations for enterprise deals
• Customizable pitch templates for different buyer personas
• Case studies showcasing customer ROI and success stories

Marketing & Growth Assets

• Social media content, paid campaign materials, growth ads
• Product marketing materials (launches, feature updates, newsletters)
• Infographics simplifying complex concepts
• Reports, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials
• Event materials and branded assets

Strategic Design Systems

• Brand-consistent templates and reusable components
• Data visualizations and charts for marketing materials
• Cross-functional design support as company grows

What You Bring

Required

• 3-8 years professional graphic design experience (B2B tech/SaaS experience is a good-to-have)
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills - degree nice to have, but your work speaks louder (Must Have to Apply)
• Exceptional taste and attention to detail - You approach every project with the same care, whether it's a high-stakes investor deck or routine social media asset. You obsess over typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy that others might overlook.
• Expert proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with US-based sales team (includes some time overlap for collaboration and handoffs)
• Current design trends knowledge and understanding of best practices
• Startup adaptability - comfortable with tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Preferred

• Experience with presentation tools (Figma Slides, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote)
• Previous work at AI/ML or enterprise software companies
• Familiarity with AI tools for design acceleration (optional but appreciated)
