About the role

We are seeking an exceptional generalist to join our dynamic early-stage team. This pivotal role requires a self-starter with a proven track record of working with large healthcare organizations (health systems, payers, VBC entities) in a consultative manner. The ideal candidate will possess the drive and expertise to grow into the leader of our customer success and business development functions. This is a remote role and will report directly to our CEO.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Manage Customer Relationships: Be the voice of Counsel as the primary interface with our healthcare customers and partners. Collect and report on key performance metrics.

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within health plans, employers, and other potential partners.

  • Business Development Strategy: Develop insights and execute on key partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. CSM, Sales, Consulting)

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in working consultatively with large healthcare organizations.

  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Leadership Potential: Strong leadership qualities with the ambition to build and lead a customer-facing team.
