About the role

We are seeking an exceptional commercial leader to join our dynamic early-stage team. This pivotal role requires a self-starter with a proven track record of selling into health plans, employers, and value-based care entities. The ideal candidate will possess the drive and expertise to grow into the leader of our sales organization, helping to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy. This is a remote role and will report directly to our CEO.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Work with our CEO and Medical Director to implement a GTM strategy to drive the adoption of our AI-powered medical services among relevant VBC stakeholders.

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within health plans, employers, and other potential partners.

  • Sales Execution: Lead end-to-end sales processes, from initial outreach and negotiation to closing deals and managing ongoing relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically selling into VBC entities.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Leadership Potential: Strong leadership qualities with the ambition to build and lead a sales team.
