Who are you?

You are a versatile UI/UX Designer who can wear multiple hats and excel in various areas of design. You will be responsible for creating the UX strategy, interaction design, content, and research for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Develop user interface mockups and iterate as necessary
Collaborate with the product team to conduct user research and testing
Work closely with stakeholders to define and understand user requirements and business objectives
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes of various fidelity levels to visualize and communicate design concepts
Design visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive interfaces
Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Continuously iterate and enhance design solutions based on user feedback, data, and trends
Maintain design systems, guidelines, and assets to ensure consistency across products

Requirements

3+ years of development experience in a UI/UX focused role
Effective communication, comfortable working jointly on projects
Self-sufficient and proactive
Strong passion for product design and creating delightful user experiences
Experience in building data visualization and business intelligence user interfaces
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or a related field (preferred)
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch
Impressive portfolio showcasing design skills and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React (preferred)
Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and user experience methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with stakeholders and development teams
Ability to adapt and iterate quickly
Experience developing web, SAAS applications

Nice to Have

Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive industries
Experience developing a CAD or CFD application
Experience running a team
Prior startup experience
