We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on support and help build a world-class IT operation.
Job Description
As IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for employees needing technical help. You will handle day-to-day support requests, provision equipment, manage user accounts, and ensure our team has what they need to do their best work. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve end-user issues.
- Provision and configure laptops, monitors, and peripherals for new hires.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and access across company systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. - Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking.
- Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in IT support or help desk role.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
- Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with MDM or endpoint management tools.
- Interest in growing into infrastructure or systems administration.
