We are looking for a Senior IT Administrator to own our core infrastructure and mentor our growing IT team.

Job Description

As Senior IT Administrator, you will own Microsoft 365, Atlassian tools, endpoint management, and global IT infrastructure. You will lead tenant consolidation for acquired entities, establish standards for a distributed workforce, and mentor junior IT staff. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build systems and grow people.

Key Requirements

  • Own Microsoft 365 administration across multiple tenants.
  • Lead tenant migration and consolidation for acquired entities.
  • Manage Entra ID, conditional access, and identity governance.
  • Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Administer Jira and Confluence for engineering and business teams.
  • Manage projects, spaces, workflows, permissions, and integrations.
  • Manage endpoint computing: provisioning, imaging, MDM, and lifecycle.
  • Support global offices with consistent IT standards.
  • Support development environments, build systems, and CI/CD tooling.
  • Partner with engineering on infrastructure needs (GitHub, AWS, dev tools).
  • Mentor junior IT staff on operations, troubleshooting, and process.
  • Build documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years IT administration experience.
  • Deep experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
  • Strong Atlassian administration skills (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with endpoint management at scale.
  • Experience supporting distributed or global teams.
  • Strong mentorship and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft 365 certifications.
  • Experience with engineering tooling (GitHub, CI/CD, AWS).
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience in manufacturing or hardware companies.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience.
