Field Application Engineer

We are looking for a passionate Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support and grow our customer base across South East Europe. In this role, you will act as the key technical interface between our customers and our internal engineering teams, helping to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge IoT solutions based on wireless modules.

Key Requirements

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers integrating IoT wireless modules
  • Drive design-in activities and support product selection and system architecture
  • Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and workshops
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, contributing to product improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with wireless technologies (e.g., LTE, NB-IoT, GNSS, Wi-Fi, BT)
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems and hardware/software integration
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within South East Europe
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
