We are looking for: Software Project Manager
Key Requirements
- Manage and update project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate across software teams and functional areas, supporting smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Track project progress, report metrics, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and adjust priorities as needed
- Support requirement analysis, design, integration, and testing of software components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, system engineering, validation, and product management
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in software project management, preferably in multi-site or cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of software development processes (ISO, CMMI, ASPICE compliance is a plus)
- Background in software engineering is highly preferred, with the ability to understand technical challenges and communicate effectively with development teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to identify risks, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with project tracking tools and metrics reporting
- Experience coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders
