Software Project Manager

We are looking for: Software Project Manager

Key Requirements

  • Manage and update project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate across software teams and functional areas, supporting smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Track project progress, report metrics, and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and adjust priorities as needed
  • Support requirement analysis, design, integration, and testing of software components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, system engineering, validation, and product management
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in software project management, preferably in multi-site or cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of software development processes (ISO, CMMI, ASPICE compliance is a plus)
  • Background in software engineering is highly preferred, with the ability to understand technical challenges and communicate effectively with development teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to identify risks, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools and metrics reporting
  • Experience coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders
