We are looking for: Senior Sales Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence in the Bay Area. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and managing complex sales cycles across enterprise and mid-market clients.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B sales, strong knowledge of wireless/telecom or related technology, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Requirements
- Drive new business development and revenue growth within the Bay Area territory
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution selling, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue strategic accounts and partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver tailored wireless solutions
- Develop and execute territory sales plans and forecasts
- Track pipeline activity and performance using CRM tools
- Represent Eagle Wireless at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Mentor junior sales team members as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in wireless, telecom, or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in wireless infrastructure, IoT, networking, or connectivity solutions
- Established network within the Bay Area business or technology ecosystem
- Experience selling to industries such as construction, utilities, logistics, or public sector
