Automotive DevOps Engineer

We are looking for: Automotive DevOps Engineer

Key Requirements

  • Manage and maintain version control systems (Git, Gerrit, Perforce)
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines and tools
  • Oversee and resolve issues in CI/CD infrastructure promptly
  • Coordinate software release process to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Handle release management, deployment pipelines, and configuration baselines
  • Implement automation and containerization using Docker
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve ongoing technical issues
  • Provide regular updates on release status, issues, and resolutions
  • Work with external IT teams to ensure we get the right services for our operation
  • Writing documentation (guides, presentation) for future reference and training

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, operations, or infrastructure-related roles
  • Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems, with extensive hands-on experience in system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting or automation language (e.g., Shell, Python), with the ability to design and implement automation scripts
  • Experience with CI/CD toolchains, such as Jenkins, GitLab, Gerrit, or equivalent tools; hands-on service operation experience is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of diagnosing issues and resolving incidents efficiently, including handling high-pressure and emergency situations
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, IT, and project management
  • Strong awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Demonstrated willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and evaluate new tools, platforms, and methodologies
