The Mission
Own a function or a full P&L inside a portfolio company. You work with the Operating Partner to build value creation plans and own end to end execution of the vision. You walk into a post-acquisition environment, figure out what needs to happen, build key relations and trust within the team, and manage the team's efforts.
What You'll Do
- Drives value creation in portfolio companies by improving operations, boosting growth, and reducing risk throughout the investment life cycle
- Own ARR, retention, and EBITDA directly. Constantly innovate to boost growth.
- Evaluating workflows, team structure, and operating cadence to identify inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
- Operate effectively in environments where structure, resources, and priorities shift mid-execution.
- Enable operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
What We Are Looking For
Must-haves
- 5 or more years with a consulting or IB foundation followed by direct operating ownership at a PE-backed or founder-led SaaS company.
- You have owned a PnL end to end.
- You have built and scaled verticals from scratch.
- Able to build and pressure-test a business case; comfortable presenting conclusions to a board or investors.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of management across a diverse set of functions, locations and business
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading multiple functions and delivering in each- COO to CEO, finance to operator, or CRO to GM
- Prior exposure to a structured PE operating program
- Experience driving value through retention improvement, repricing, or cost discipline alongside top-line growth
Who you are
You have held P&L ownership or run a business vertical end to end and have an impeccable track record. You can make tough calls with limited information, own them when they are wrong, and adjust to the market quickly. You are not someone who needs structure or guidance handed to them before they can move.
What We Offer
- Competitive annual compensation of $200,000–$500,000, including base salary, bonus opportunity, and equity upside in operating companies.

- A path toward Operating Partner or CXO-level responsibility as the portfolio grows.
- Remote-first with travel to portfolio companies as the work demands.
