We have a product that our customers, and their patients, love, and demand is growing too fast to keep up. We’re looking for an incredible founding Designer to help us deliver on an ambitious roadmap.
Our business model is AI-first. Ferry’s bread and butter is using AI agents to call medical practices and book appointments. Our business will only get stronger as foundational models improve.

It’s a marathon, not a sprint. We prioritize collaboration and work in-person in San Francisco. We eat lunch together (and not at our desks!) and have regular game nights as a team. We work hard, and love what we do, but we also prioritize our lives outside of the office.
What you’ll work on
Bridging the gap between LLMs and the real world to get our patients access to the care they need. Our AI agents are calling doctors' offices across the country to ask questions and book appointments. Anything that can go wrong does go wrong, and we need to predict and deal with every edge case.
Building out user experiences that prioritize outcomes over usage. We handle the hard work of care coordination behind the scenes, so our users can spend less time in our app and more time getting the care they need.
What you’ll bring
Track record of turning complex user problems into elegant solutions.
A passion for designing user experiences that deliver real value and spark joy.
Strong communication skills and the ability to make a compelling case for your ideas.
Low ego and genuine curiosity — you’re more interested in finding the right answer than being right.
