What you’ll do

• Help build the GTM playbook across all channels.

• Own strategy and execution in new verticals.

• Create and manage CRM.

• Own targeting, materials, diagnostics, and time to value for early-stage pipeline opportunities.

  • Targeting: we have built X for customer A that loves it, how do we get in front of 10 more customers that would buy the exact same thing?

  • Materials: how to take our stock bank of materials and customize / adjust for prospects given their likely ROI drivers?

  • Diagnostics / Time to Value: how do we come to every meeting with some initial diagnostics that brings immediate value to our customers?

• Program manage all aspects of late-stage pipeline opportunities, to ensure the ball is never lingering in our court.

• Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, etc. to manage late-stage pipeline opportunities.

• Be customer-facing.

What you’ll bring

• A few years of relevant Growth, GTM, and/or Operations experience, ideally in a startup environment.

• Passion for improving healthcare experiences and outcomes for patients.

• Experience and drive to build programs and processes from the ground up.

• Healthcare background strongly preferred.
