• Evaluate patients for TMS appropriateness
• Determine initial motor thresholds and develop treatment protocols
• Provide medication management during TMS courses when indicated

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completed psychiatry residency from an ACGME-accredited program
• Credentialled with one or more local payors (preferred Humana / Tricare East)
• Current state medical license and board certification in psychiatry
• Professional liability insurance coverage
• NPI number and ability to meet credentialing requirements
• DEA registration and state controlled substance license (preferred)
