Currently, autism support via Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is difficult to access and the delivery model must be expanded to provide earlier access to families.

Overview:
We are excited to welcome a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to our team as a Special Projects Associate at Forta This role is crucial in providing essential support for various projects within our organization, projects include authorizations, contract and credentialing, and billing. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to ensure the success of our projects. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives while supporting the growth and development of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Authorization Support: Work collaboratively with the authorization department, ensuring timely approvals and compliance with payer guidelines. Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams to streamline the authorization process and minimize delays.
- Contract and Credentialing Assistance: Assist in the execution of contracts, as well as the credentialing of clinicians. Maintain accurate records and documentation of contract terms and credentialing status to facilitate smooth operations.
- Billing : Provide support to the billing team by submitting EFT and more.. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize billing processes and maximize revenue.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and initiatives related to ABA therapy services. Contribute ideas and expertise to project planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project activities, including authorization status, contract terms, and billing processes.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare , particularly in behavioral health or ABA therapy (Preferred, not required)
- An understanding of authorization, contract, credentialing, and billing processes in the healthcare industry. (Preferred, not required)
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with project management software such as Monday.com (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
