FORTA’S MISSION:
Forta is clearing the path to quality healthcare by delivering the best possible outcomes with the utmost convenience. 1 in 36 children [CDC, 2023] is diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum. Currently, autism support via Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is difficult to access and the delivery model must be expanded to provide earlier access to families.
Forta is not only providing ABA services to our clients, but we’re also improving the future of the ABA experience for families by creating software and predictive algorithms that elevate clinicians to work smarter by surfacing the latest and most relevant case data. We are working diligently to continuously improve the patient journey and deliver personalized care by applying smart technology and investing in the growth of our world-class team.
We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Relationship Manager with an ABA background to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Your primary goal will be to understand our client's needs and act as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns. You will work closely with our sales/marketing team to identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to build rapport with clients, and a keen eye for identifying opportunities to enhance clients' experience and loyalty. If you are passionate about fostering meaningful relationships and driving client success, we invite you to apply for this rewarding role as a Relationship Manager.

YOUR DAY AT FORTA:

  • Establish and maintain a positive and trusting relationship with clients interested in Forta's ABA therapy.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of Forta's services and address any concerns or objections clients may have.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding of clients' needs to build strong rapport.
  • Expertly handle objections from clients and provide suitable solutions to address their concerns.
  • Offer clear and persuasive explanations of Forta's offerings to alleviate doubts and ensure informed decisions.
  • Accurately and efficiently collect and record personal information from leads to determine eligibility and course requirements.
  • Read and comprehend diagnostic reports to confirm appropriate diagnostics and evaluation parameters.
  • Assist participants with getting started on Forta's platform and Google Classroom, providing basic tech support as needed.
  • Guide clients through the sign-up process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts related to sales and signups.
  • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads and track communication history.
  • Gather relevant data from multiple platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Monday, Google) to compile reports for management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to HIPAA and PHI guidelines.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Basic knowledge of ABA therapy and the ability to understand diagnostic reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with parents and make them feel comfortable and confident in their choice to work with Forta.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to stay focused and efficient during customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Monday) and experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of in- and out-bound calls, emails, and texts.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to provide basic technical support for CRI and Google Classroom.
