Full job description

BCBA – Build Your Own ABA Practice with Headstart Health

You got into ABA to make a difference — not to chase quotas or answer to non-clinicians.

If you’ve been craving more control, more meaning, and more impact in your work, there’s a better way forward.

At Headstart Health, we help BCBAs create and grow their own in-home ABA practices in the greater Atlanta Area! You lead the clinical vision; we handle the systems, support, and business setup that make it possible. Together, we’re re-imagining what ethical, high-quality ABA can look like.

Your Role

  • Provide evidence-based ABA services and individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and guide RBTs in delivering consistent, high-quality care.
  • Manage your own caseload and schedule with full autonomy.
  • Build lasting relationships with families and your growing team.

What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification and state licensure in Georgia
  • At least two years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • A drive to deliver ethical, family-centered ABA services.
  • Current residence in the state of Georgia

What We Provide

Everything you need to own your practice — without going it alone.

  • Simple Practice Launch: We take care of LLC formation, credentialing, and payor setup so you can start serving families faster.
  • Ongoing Admin Support: Billing, payroll, scheduling, and compliance — handled by our in-house team.
  • Community & Mentorship: Connect with experienced BCBAs, peer roundtables, and CEU opportunities.
  • Growth Tools: Access recruiting, marketing, and referral support to expand sustainably.
  • Financial Backing: We cover the upfront costs so you can focus on clinical excellence, not overhead.
  • And honestly, so much more. We are real BCBAs who have built before and we are giving you the playbook.

Why Headstart?

We believe BCBAs should shape the future of ABA — not just work in it.

With Headstart, you’ll join a collaborative network of independent practice owners redefining how care is delivered.

Perks & Benefits

  • Flexible schedule and caseload
  • CEU and professional development funding
  • Referral incentives
  • Community of supportive, like-minded BCBAs
