You got into ABA to make a difference, not to chase billable hours or build ABA practices for someone who isn’t even a BCBA.

What This Opportunity Looks Like

This is not a traditional employment role. You operate as an independent provider, building and leading your own practice with support behind you.

In the greater Fayetteville, NC area, this model works especially well for BCBAs who want to grow quickly while maintaining full control over how they practice.

Your Role

• Provide evidence-based ABA services and individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and guide RBTs in delivering consistent, high-quality care
• Manage your own caseload and schedule with autonomy
• Build relationships with families and grow your presence in your community

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure
• At least two years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• A drive to deliver ethical, family-centered ABA services
• Current residence in North Carolina

Compensation: Annualized earnings vary based on services delivered and caseload

Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
