BCBA – Build Your Own ABA Practice with Headstart Health in Greater Savannah, GA

At Headstart Health we are a group of BCBAs who have built our own ABA practices before and now we are sharing our playbook with you so that you can build and grow your own in-home ABA practices with confidence.

You bring the clinical expertise, we bring the expert operational foundation.

What This Opportunity Looks Like

This is not a traditional employment role. You operate as an independent provider, building and leading your own practice with support behind you. (A true LLC- not 1099).

Your Role

• Provide evidence-based ABA services and individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and guide RBTs in delivering consistent, high-quality care
• Manage your own caseload and schedule with autonomy
• Build relationships with families and grow your presence in your community

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure
• At least two years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• A drive to deliver ethical, family-centered ABA services
• Current residence in Georgia.

Typically providers start their practices In-home or community-based, but as you grow we can support the creation of your dream center!

Compensation: Annualized earnings vary based on services delivered and caseload

Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
