About the Role
We’re seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing, independent, BCBA-owned ABA practice in the Greater Charlotte, Salisbury, Huntersville, area.
This practice was launched with support from Headstart and is led by a BCBA who values mentorship, high-quality care, and a flexible, team-centered approach. - Work directly with families in their homes
- Lead your caseload with freedom and flexibility
- Be mentored by an experienced, values-driven BCBA
- Build a flexible in-home/telehealth schedule that fits your real life
- Focus on clients—not admin or quotas
What Makes This Role Different
- Clinical Autonomy You choose the tools, lead care decisions, and shape your caseload.
- Mentorship That Supports You Whether you’re newly certified or looking for collaboration, you’ll be supported by a BCBA who’s walked this path.
- Flexible Schedule Set your hours and your pace—this role is part-time (15–25 hours/week) and works around your life.
- The caseload has already been built, no waiting for families to join to build up your hours.
- Joy-Focused ABA This is a place where fort-building, floor time, and belly laughs are as important as data collection. Connection and fun are part of the plan here.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA therapy
- Supervise RBTs and support their ongoing development
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with funding sources
- Collaborate with families and team members to support meaningful progress
- Show up with creativity and joy—therapy here includes silliness, creativity and human connection.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and North Carolina state licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical integrity
- Ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload
- Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and values-aligned care
