Full job description
BCBA – Build Your Own ABA Practice with Headstart Health in Georgia.
Job Description
You have your BCBA, you have done the typical ABA experience and now you are probably wondering.... is this really it? We get it. ABA is an incredible science, but these days it feels like it's dominated by top-down business priorities that prioritize utilization and money over clinical quality and true life-changing support.
If you're feeling burned out by clinic expectations, productivity measures or systems built by non-BCBAs that don't reflect your personal values, you're not alone.
There is a better way to do ABA.
At Headstart Health we are a group of BCBAs who have built our own ABA practices before and now we are sharing our playbook with you so that you can build and grow your own in-home ABA practices with confidence.
You bring the clinical expertise, we bring the expert operational foundation.
True Ownership
This is not a traditional employment role. You operate as an independent ABA provider, building and leading your own practice with support behind you. (A true LLC- not 1099, and definitely not a job).
Your Role
- Have a vision for what high-quality ABA services should look like.
- Provide evidence-based ABA services and individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and guide RBTs in delivering consistent, high-quality care
- Manage your own caseload and schedule with autonomy
- Build relationships with families and grow your presence in your community
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure
- At least two years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- A drive to deliver ethical, family-centered ABA services
- Current residence in Georgia.
What We Provide
- Everything you need to build your practice without doing it alone (really).
- Practice Launch Support: We handle LLC formation, credentialing, and payor setup
- Ongoing Operational Support: Billing, scheduling infrastructure, and compliance support
- Community and Mentorship: Peer network, roundtables, and CEU opportunities
- Growth Support: Recruiting, marketing, and referral guidance
- Financial Support: We cover upfront startup costs and support cashflow so you can grow with confidence.
Why Headstart?
We believe BCBAs should shape the future of ABA, not just work in it. At Headstart Health we are real BCBAs who have grown our own independent ABA companies and now we are giving you the playbook. Over 60+ independent BCBAs have already taken the leap! With Headstart you can take charge of your ABA career and grow something of your own with clarity and confidence.
