Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Across North Carolina

You became a BCBA to help families.

Not to spend your career chasing productivity targets, answering to non-clinicians, or building someone else's company.

At Headstart Health, we're helping experienced BCBAs build and grow high-quality local ABA practices throughout North Carolina.

You bring the clinical expertise.

We provide the operational infrastructure, mentorship, and support that makes it possible.

What You'll Do

  • Provide evidence-based ABA services
  • Conduct assessments and treatment planning
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs
  • Build relationships with families and referral partners
  • Lead the growth of ABA services in your local community

What We're Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Minimum 2 years BCBA experience
  • Current North Carolina resident
  • Passion for ethical, family-centered ABA
  • Interest in greater autonomy and leadership

Compensation

Typical annual earnings range from $150,000-$250,000+, depending on caseload and services delivered.
