You became a BCBA to help families—and you may be ready to build something of your own.
Headstart Health helps experienced BCBAs launch and grow high-quality local ABA practices. You bring the clinical expertise and community leadership; we provide credentialing, payer setup, billing, recruiting, referrals, operational support, and mentorship.
What You'll Do
- Provide evidence-based ABA services in client homes and community settings
- Conduct assessments and treatment planning
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Build relationships with families and referral partners
- Lead the growth of ABA services across Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Morrisville, and surrounding communities
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- At least 2 years of BCBA experience
- Current North Carolina resident
- Willingness to provide in-home services within the Raleigh-Durham service area
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA
- Interest in leading and building an ABA practice

Compensation
$150,000–$220,000 salary range. Typical annual earnings may reach $150,000–$250,000+ depending on caseload and services delivered.
Work Location
This is a mobile/in-home BCBA role serving client homes throughout the Greater Raleigh-Durham area. There is no fixed office location. Administrative work may be completed remotely. Candidates must reside in North Carolina and be willing to travel within the service area.
