The Role

As a key contributor to team growth at K2 Space, you'll assist our recruiting team with scheduling, coordination, and ensuring an overall positive candidate experience. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end interview scheduling, guiding candidates through the interview process, and delivering a top-tier candidate experience.This is a full-time, on-site position in Torrance, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end scheduling of all candidate interviews

  • Partner with recruiters to provide exceptional candidate support and ensure smooth execution of onsite interviews

  • Guide candidates through the interview pipeline with clear and frequent communication to candidates and hiring managers

  • Coordinate candidate travel and handle associated expenses as necessary

  • Streamline processes to elevate the experience for both external candidates and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator in lieu of a degree

  • 1+ years experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or administrative role in a fast-paced high velocity start-up environment

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Suite

  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system such as Ashby

  • Highly organized with a knack for prioritizing a strong candidate experience

  • Attention to detail in an environment with

  • Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews and meetings with nuanced availability and requirements

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay range for this non-exempt role is $30 - $43 + equity in the company

  • Salary will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: knowledge and skills, education, and experience level
