As a key contributor to team growth at K2 Space, you'll assist our recruiting team with scheduling, coordination, and ensuring an overall positive candidate experience. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end interview scheduling, guiding candidates through the interview process, and delivering a top-tier candidate experience.This is a full-time, on-site position in Torrance, CA.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end scheduling of all candidate interviews
Partner with recruiters to provide exceptional candidate support and ensure smooth execution of onsite interviews
Guide candidates through the interview pipeline with clear and frequent communication to candidates and hiring managers
Coordinate candidate travel and handle associated expenses as necessary

Streamline processes to elevate the experience for both external candidates and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator in lieu of a degree

1+ years experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or administrative role in a fast-paced high velocity start-up environment
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Suite
Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system such as Ashby
Highly organized with a knack for prioritizing a strong candidate experience
Attention to detail in an environment with

Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews and meetings with nuanced availability and requirements
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly pay range for this non-exempt role is $30 - $43 + equity in the company
Salary will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: knowledge and skills, education, and experience level
