The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. You will play a crucial role in providing basic maintenance services, maintaining the employee kitchen, stocking snacks and beverages, handling package deliveries, and supporting a variety of other office optimization projects .This is a full-time, on-site position in Torrance, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine office maintenance including mounting of TV’s, setting up new hire work stations, assembling office furniture, and other basic carpentry tasks

  • Regularly inspect and restock the office snack and kitchen areas

  • Coordinate with vendors for kitchen supplies and equipment maintenance

  • Receive and sort lobby deliveries

  • Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related requests

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of office events and meetings

  • Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and address any facility-related issues

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance and coordination

  • Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

Nice to Have

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted

  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Suite

  • Experience handling a variety of task

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay range for this non-exempt role is $25 - $35 + equity in the company

  • Salary will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: knowledge and skills, education, and experience level
