🙌🏼 About the role:
As a Sales Account Executive in Monterrey, you will be a key player in Kontempo's expansion. Your ability to identify, connect, and close relationships with high-value prospects will be crucial in accelerating the company’s growth in the region. You will work closely with the Commercial Director to turn opportunities into strategic partnerships, helping Kontempo position itself as a leader in the Fintech ecosystem.
Your focus on prospecting and building long-lasting relationships will be essential in contributing to Kontempo's commercial success, ensuring that our solutions reach those who will benefit the most from them.
🚀 At Kontempo you’ll get to:
Manage qualified prospects provided by the SDR team, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
Conduct prospecting using your own network of contacts, as well as referrals from existing clients and cold calls or outreach.
Connect with CEOs, CFOs, and Commercial Directors to understand their needs and explain Kontempo's value proposition.
Ensure a smooth experience for prospects throughout the sales process.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring visibility of opportunities in the pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales team and GM to identify areas for improvement and provide ideas that contribute to closing sales.
Participate in regular sales team meetings to report progress and adjust strategies when necessary.
😊 What we’re looking for:
More than 3 years of experience in sales or commercial areas within banks, SOFOMES, or Fintechs.
Knowledge of the SME credit or B2B market.
Experience in using CRMs and managing sales processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize tasks, organize activities, and manage multiple prospects simultaneously
