Company Overview

Morf is an automation and patient engagement platform that empowers healthcare providers to eliminate tedious administrative tasks and focus on patient care as they grow.

We’re a small, scrappy team driven by empathy for our customers and teammates, pride in and mastery of our craft, and a passion for bringing healthcare IT into the 21st century.

⚡️ Why This Role Matters

We’ve proven early traction — with Google Ads, self-serve signups, and founder-led sales calls — but now we’re ready to scale. As our Founding Growth Lead, you’ll own the go-to-market function and sit at the leadership table shaping how Morf grows.

This is not a plug-and-play role — it’s a founding team position where you’ll define and execute the growth playbook, balancing experimentation with building the repeatable systems that will scale Morf from early traction to category leader. You’ll have autonomy to test channels, refine positioning, and own the metrics that matter most, while working closely with the CEO and eventually building out a team under you.

If you’ve been looking for the chance to be a true company builder — not just an operator — this is it.

🚀 What You’ll Do

1. Lead Growth Strategy and Execution

  • Take full ownership of growth across SEM, SEO, outbound, and product-led / inside sales.
  • Manage and collaborate with consultants (SEM, SEO) to refine paid acquisition and content strategies while also rolling up your sleeves to build landing pages, write copy, and run campaigns.
  • Continuously run experiments across channels and strategies, doubling down on what drives measurable results.

2. Build and Optimize Lead Funnel

  • Design and manage the full lead funnel — capture, scoring, nurture, and conversion.
  • Define and own key metrics (lead volume, CAC, pipeline velocity, win rates, churn) and use them to drive decision-making.
  • Work with the CEO and product team to refine conversion and onboarding paths, reducing friction and increasing activation.

3. Drive Sales Pipeline and Enablement

  • Develop inside sales processes: inbound qualification, follow-up cadences, demos/trials, and upsell/cross-sell flows.
  • Run and refine outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and calls) with an emphasis on personalization and conversion.
  • Create and iterate on high-quality sales collateral (case studies, pricing pages, decks) to accelerate deal cycles.

4. Own Messaging and Go-to-Market

  • Partner with the CEO on product marketing, positioning, and GTM strategy.
  • Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across website, campaigns, and sales materials tailored to healthcare providers.

5. Lay the Foundation for Scale

  • Transition from founder-led sales to dedicated sales hires — define profiles, onboard, and build repeatable processes.
  • Build the foundation for a future growth team, hiring and leading marketing and sales talent as the company scales.

🤝 What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of scaling acquisition and sales pipelines in early-stage environments
  • Strong understanding of inside sales and product-led growth models
  • Hands-on experience managing SEM, SEO, outbound campaigns, and sales pipeline tools
  • Analytical and data-driven — comfortable owning funnel metrics and iterating quickly
  • Resourceful, scrappy operator who can both do the work and design the system
  • Very comfortable shaping go-to-market alongside product strategy
  • Ambition to be part of a founding team and help scale a company from 0 → 1

💫 Even Better If You Have…

  • Experience selling to or marketing to healthcare providers
  • Prior growth leadership experience in healthcare SaaS

🌈 What We Offer

  • A founding team seat in a fast-growing startup with massive market potential
  • Meaningful early equity (1.0–2.5%)
  • Direct collaboration with the founders
  • Health benefits
  • Flexible work setup (3 days in-office in SF, with periodic remote flexibility)

💡 We welcome applications from ambitious growth leaders who want to be true company builders — not just operators.
