About the Role 👀
Nomad is looking for a Head of Sales Operations to help in our mission to make buying homes in EMEA ridiculously easy. While we can trade stocks, order cars, or book short-term stays seamlessly online, the process of buying a home across the region remains slow, paper-driven, and inefficient. We're building an end-to-end experience to empower buyers to search, transact, and finance under one roof.
The scope of this role will cover all markets and be based in either Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon or Paris.
What You’ll Do at Nomad ⚙️
Be a trusted, strategic thought-partner with the Sales, Operations, Business Development, Marketing and Product teams to standardize and enhance our sales processes
Run data and trend analysis to identify opportunities for sales process improvements to ensure the Sales team runs as efficiently as possible
Build dashboards in Salesforce, Lightdash, Google Sheets to monitor Sales performance towards targets
Be hands-on and build out workflow solutions with to drive optimizations for Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams
Effectively communicate performance, process changes and recommendations within the company, and manage process documentation
Own maintenance of Sales compensation plans, calculations and facilitation of commission payments
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have 🙌
Fluency in English (French and / or Spanish is a bonus)
5+ years of Sales Operations experience in growth-stage SaaS company or management consulting experience
Experience writing clean, fast, and efficient SQL
Experience with BI, sales and productivity software such as Looker, Lightdash, Snowflake, Make, Zapier, VoIP, Salesforce, Customer.io and G Suite
Proficiency with SaaS sales best practices, including metrics/key performance indicators
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals
Results driven and can work both independently on autonomous projects, and also collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to present data analytics findings to diverse audiences in a variety of settings and formats
Very organized and has the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
