We’re hiring a Manager of People Operations to own the full people function at OneScreen. This is a high-impact, independent contributor-and-operator role—you’ll be the strategic and executional engine behind everything from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and culture. You’ll report to the CEO and work cross-functionally with every team.
The ideal candidate is a people-first operator who thrives in fast-moving environments, can build systems from the ground up, and brings genuine passion for both the administrative rigor and the human dimensions of great HR.

What you'll do (responsibilities)
- Own the full talent acquisition function—partnering with leadership to build pipelines, lead searches, and close the right people at every level of the organization
- Design and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires through offboarding, ensuring a consistent and positive experience throughout
- Build and maintain the people operations infrastructure—HRIS, ATS, policies, and workflows—that scales with the company
- Drive performance and development programs, including review cycles, manager enablement, and career frameworks
- Ensure HR compliance across federal and state employment law, benefits administration, and internal policy
- Champion culture and engagement by serving as a trusted resource to employees and leadership, and by creating the programs that reinforce OneScreen’s values
- Serve as a thought partner for org design and buildout.
What we're looking for (qualifications)
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with a track record of owning both strategic and operational responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions (GTM, engineering, ops, etc.)
- Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment, with comfort building from the ground up
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage a broad scope without a large team around you
- Strong working knowledge of US employment law, HR compliance, and benefits administration
- Experience with Rippling or comparable HRIS
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- High organizational integrity and discretion with sensitive information
