What You’ll Do:

👥 Recruit and Build Your Team: Find and onboard talented individuals, developing them into successful door-to-door sales reps.

🎓 Train and Coach in the Field: Lead by example, training your team on how to effectively book appointments and close deals while going door to door.

📈 Drive Team Sales: Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support.

📝 Monitor and Report Performance: Track the progress of your team, analyzing results to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
