The Mission

This mission of The Airway Dentists is to provide exceptional dental care and rid the world of sleep disordered breathing. We have offices in Atascocita, Friendswood, and Sugar Land where we provide orthodontic, sleep apnea, and general dentistry care. We are hiring a full-time patient care coordinator to join us in redefining the standard of care in dentistry.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate loves being both the face and the air traffic controller of the office. You are friendly and energetic with a passion for order. You take enormous satisfaction from being part of a team that saves patients’ lives every day.

The Role

• Greeting and communicating with patients (phone, text, and email)
• Case presentation
• Schedule optimization
• Verifying insurance, arranging financing, and taking payment
• Follow up with patients
• Conveying patient concerns to the clinical team
• Being the face of the office at patient education dinners, community events, interactions with allied health professionals, and other educational opportunities
• Interacting with the central team in person and over Slack
• To help create and implement the Ultimate Patient Experience (VIP Treatment)
