About You
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing Recruiting team! You will work closely with hiring managers across business functions to help identify and recruit top talent to drive business performance. You have a proven track record of recruiting in a high growth startup environment and are eager to take on the challenge of rapidly growing our company. From generating a pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you make the candidate experience outstanding and manage it from end to end.
What you'll do and how you'll make an impact
- Manage high-volume hiring across all AppDirect functions, from intake to offer acceptance
- Guide candidates through every stage with clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized touchpoints that reflect our employer brand
- Design creative sourcing strategies (Boolean search, events, referrals, employer branding) to engage active and passive candidates before roles open
- Understand organizational objectives, advise on market trends, and co-create customized hiring plans that drive team success
- Collaborate with our Leadership Recruiter on executive searches by managing scheduling, sourcing support, and candidate interviews
- Leverage data and feedback to optimize processes, manage large inbound applicant volumes efficiently, and elevate recruiting operations in a fast-paced, growing environment
What we’re looking for
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven ability to fill both tech (engineering, product) and GTM (sales, marketing) roles
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building expertise
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar)
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics like candidate NPS, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rate
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
