About You
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for providing client relationship and administrative support to the sales department in the form of quoting, managing provider deliverables, proposal generation, data entry, records management, follow up, escalations and other projects aligned with the overall support of the client.
We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and customer service mindset are essential. The main goal is to ensure client satisfaction, help grow business within the existing base of company-wide accounts, and increase profitability for the company.
This role is not a call center position.
What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact
- Foster exceptional experiences for Enterprise/SMB end-user customers of AppDirect;
- Track and monitor sales activity using internal tools to ensure progress;
- Work closely with the sales team on complex opportunities, offering support and assistance as needed;
- Proactively assess client and provider needs, identifying potential challenges and areas for growth;
- Resolve issues related to contracts, billing, and installation while seeking solutions to overcome obstacles and advance projects;
- Serve as the first point of escalation for customer issues, inquiries, and missed provider deadlines;
- Maintain compliance with required processes and actively participate in necessary training sessions;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ Years of Professional Experience: Proven background in B2B sales support, account management, or complex order coordination (beyond entry-level data entry).
- Complex Order Management: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail (e.g., managing quoting, contract generation, and order submission simultaneously).
- Bachelor's degree from academically respected 4-year university or equivalent Telecommunications experience;
- Excellent spoken and written English skills;
- AT&T Systems Experience is an Asset: Prior experience navigating AT&T portals, pricing structures, and specifically generating contracts within their ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Telecommunications Lifecycle Knowledge: Familiarity with the full sales lifecycle, including implementation, post-install support, billing disputes, and renewals.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, client services, and time management skills;
- Consistently demonstrate the ability to self-motivate and perform in a non-structured environment.
