About us:

Over one third of apparel produced is never sold: Topologic’s mission is to eliminate this disastrous overproduction and waste by producing exactly to demand. We are in relative stealth.

To do that, we’re reinventing the stack of apparel fabrication, from CAD/CAM software to novel intelligent machines. We are attacking a massive $2T industry and are already generating B2B revenue. We are backed with $10m from leading VCs and CAD insiders (SolidWorks, Onshape) and just completed a highly oversubscribed round.

Responsibilities:

As we build our company, the situations we face evolve. At the high level, you will support us as we grow along 3 key axes:

  • Day to day: support the day to day running of the company, such as managing vendors, making sure bills are paid, managing general maintenance, etc.

  • Business processes: we are putting in place internal and external processes to manage growing commercial revenue-generating operations. You will help create and implement these systems.

  • Investor relations: you will help us in our ongoing investor relations, supporting the CEO and CTO in preparing boards, roadshows, general communication, etc. This will also include interacting with the accountants and analyzing relevant information in collaboration with the leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and process, a strong interest in fashion or manufacturing, combined with pragmatic problem-solving and quickness to action.

Desired Skills & Experience (the more, the better, but not expected to have all)

  • Experience with similar systematic, strategic, and operational work within a fast-paced environment. Ideally, this is professionally in the tech or manufacturing industries, but we enthusiastically consider candidates with less traditional backgrounds.

  • Excellent verbal,written, and interpersonal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external parties.

  • Practiced at managing ambiguous situations, both to operate effectively with ambiguity and to move towards a less ambiguous framing.

  • Demonstrated history of orchestrating projects that had meaningful business and operational impacts.

  • Self-starter, autonomous, outstanding at learning new things, and figuring things out. We work as a team and strongly support each other but we’re also growing quickly and that means we have to learn and figure out how to support new things and our existing work at a larger scale.

  • Extra bonus: you have optimized and/or managed production operations of something–either professionally or in your personal life.
