Impact of the Role:

As a Lead Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fueling the company's growth by designing, implementing, and optimizing a comprehensive multi-channel demand generation strategy. Your efforts will directly contribute to building our pipeline, increasing revenue, and establishing a strong brand presence in the market. Through strategic planning and execution across digital campaigns, high-touch events, and targeted messaging, you will engage key personas and accounts, driving measurable impact and supporting our ambitious growth goals.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute a multi-faceted demand generation strategy, including digital campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and high-touch events to engage with top accounts and decision-makers.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of demand generation tactics, using data to inform decisions and improve campaign performance continually.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and leverage synergies across all marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, creativity, and a data-driven approach to achieving our marketing objectives.


  • 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of demand gen strategies, digital marketing, ABM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on achieving measurable results.


  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation and digital campaigns.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ABM strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. At this time we are unable to transfer or sponsor visas
  • This role will be based in New York City and will have a hybrid work model that consists of a combination of onsite and remote work expectations. This model is designed to provide our employees with an optimal balance between in-person collaboration and the convenience of remote work. We believe this approach fosters a more productive and engaging work environment while supporting our commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance. Please note that the specific onsite and remote work schedule will be established based on the requirements of the role and the needs of the organization, and remain subject to Company discretion. The Company reserves the right to modify its in-person and remote work policies and expectations.


  • At Wingspan, we pride ourselves on offering a competitive and comprehensive compensation package that reflects our commitment to attracting top talent. The annual OTE total compensation (this includes base and incentive pay) for this role will be up to $185,000 and is accompanied by a target equity package and an extensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. All figures cited are in USD and pertain to workers located in the United States.
